Introductory dives begin with a short introduction to the rules of SCUBA diving, learning about basic equipment and practicing a few safety skills in shallow water. Once you become relaxed then you'll go on a guided tour with your instructor no deeper than 40 ft. It is a great way to try diving without being certified.
